From the moment we found each other through the wild world of online dating back in 2016, we have been inseparable. Our first date involved a road trip to Biloxi for a beach bonfire. Fast forward a few years, and Clint proposed in front of a waterfall on a gorgeous hiking trail surrounded by our family. Married lakeside among our friends and family, there's a theme of nature, family, and friends woven into our most memorable moments. When our daughter Abrie was born, we knew that every single moment meant something. Photography became a way for us to lock in core memories of our family story.
The three of us live a happy life. We work hard, enjoy adventures, explore nature, watch turtles in our pond, and find fun things to do in our community. Our family, friends, and client relationships mean the world to us. As a family-owned small business, opportunities to build lasting, genuine relationships is our main motivation for offering the highest quality portrait experiences on the Gulf Coast.
We established Jamie and Clint Photography, LLC in 2022. We evaluated the landscape of photography in our area and wanted to bring something unique and high quality to the table for our clients. We invest in education, mentorships, and in partnerships with our community to bring an exceptional, full-service luxury photography experience to southeastern Alabama.

Jamie has an outgoing, sociable personality. Her nickname growing up was Chit-Chat, for obvious reasons! Born and raised in Philly, Jamie came to Alabama for college, and ended up sticking around (with a lingering Yankee accent), because of her love for SEC football, the beauty of the Gulf Coast, and southern food. Jamie has a PhD in Social Psychology, is detail-oriented to a fault, loves watching stand-up comedy, and has a sarcastic sense of humor.
When it comes to photography, Jamie engages more directly with clients through social media, consultations, planning, and styling. She's most often the one behind the lens providing posing guidance and prompts, and helping families to feel amazing and have fun during their session.

Clint is a bit more introverted. He's more of an observer. Early in their relationship, Clint once told Jamie that when it comes to talking, he believes in "quality over quantity." (Somehow they still married each other!) Clint graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Computer Science, is a patient problem-solver, loves Alabama football, trying new recipes, and eating random berries he finds on nature trails.
Clint handles more of the behind-the-scenes work like location scouting, complex editing, and optimizing our gear and lighting. He makes sure we're squared away on all the fun stuff like insurance and taxes. We make all business decisions together and hand-edit every image side by side!

Photography is our quality time together. As a couple and as parents, we have learned to make time to connect, to encourage each other, and to grow as individuals and as a team. We love documenting all of life's real moments together. While other couples are Netflixing, exercising, and cuddling together -- we're here side by side photographing families, serving our community, and building relationships. And, we LOVE it!
